Library

SIPI’s main library houses approximately 30,000 volumes, including an extensive Native American collection, as well as:

  • Reference materials
  • Circulation volumes
  • Videos & DVDs available for students and staff to check out

Food, drinks (except water), and cell phones are not allowed in the any part of the Library, including the Computer lab.

The library patio is available for student and staff use. Smoking is not allowed on the patio.

Two-hour reserve materials are available at the circulation desk.

The library staff is available for your reference questions. Email the library staff with questions, comments, and suggestions.

Monday - Thursday   8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

Friday  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Gale Virtual Reference Library  -Gale Virtual Reference Library is a database of encyclopedias, almanacs, and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary research. These reference materials once were accessible only in the library, but now you can access them online from the library or remotely 24/7. Because each library creates its own e-Book collection, the content you see may vary if you use the database at different libraries (your school, your public library, or your office).
