Visit SIPI
Welcome!
Southwestern Indian Polytechnic Institute has been welcoming students and families all over Indian Country since 1971. Nestled in the Los Ranchos de Albuquerque neighborhood, SIPI is a short walk from Rio Grande and has access to shopping centers and cultural activities year-round.
Operating on trimester schedule, classes run the length of 14 weeks, allowing students the opportunity to complete their Certificate or Associate program in five trimesters before transferring to a four-year institution or seeking gainful employment.
The best ways to learn about being a SIPI Eagle is through a Student Family Tour, Virtual Campus Tour, or by scheduling an Information Session.

Please schedule below or call (505) 364-2029 or email [email protected] to make a reservation.

Self-Guided Tour
Students & families can complete a self-paced tour downloading the guide to a smart device or printing the document. The Walking Tour compliments the Virtual Campus Tour; we encourage you to watch the videos for the full campus experience.

NOTE: SIPI is excited to resume in-person campus tours to prospective students, families, and groups. We continue to take precautions to ensure prospective students, families and the community remain safe; all in-person tours encourage participants to wear protective face coverings and are encouraged to utilize our sanitation stations as needed. The decision to access campus is based on the New Mexico Department of Health, US Government, and the institution's leadership which can change rapidly. We will utilize information provided on your tour registration to contact you if any changes occurs for you in person visit. |
