Certificate
Designed to prepare for immediate employment in entry-level positions, students can complete the course of study within three (3) trimesters. Students will utilize the Accounting Certificate of Completion program of study (below) to guide their journey and will work with their advisor towards completion.
- The Accounting Certificate Program's graduates will be self-employed or manage their own business.
- The Accounting Certificate Program's graduates will continue their higher education studies.
- Graduates of the Accounting Certificate Program will be able to complete their steps of the accounting cycle in a manual and computerized accounting systems.
- Graduates of the Accounting Certificate Program will be able to analyze and record ordinary business transactions.
- Graduates of the Accounting Certificate Program will be able to prepare financial statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Graduates of the Accounting Certificate Program will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the importance of business ethics in the accounting profession.
